2021 Hyundai Santa Fe vs 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe

Serving Troy, MI

The Hyundai Santa Fe has consistently delighted its drivers and passengers across more than two decades. This roomy midsize crossover has sharp styling, exciting capabilities, and many modern features for its 2020 model year. While the 2020 and 2021 Santa Fe are both fourth-generation models, the 2021 Santa Fe has been boldly revamped. As a result, you can appreciate the results of stunning improvements for the latest model year.

Performance

For 2021, the Hyundai Santa Fe has an all-new line of powertrain options. The new base engine is a 191-horsepower, 2.5-liter option. The turbocharged 2.5-liter engine has also been revamped and now generates 277 horsepower. For the first time, the Santa Fe is available with a hybrid powertrain in the 2021 model year. The hybrid powertrain blends an electric motor with a turbo 1.6-liter gas engine, and the result is the production of 225 net horsepower.

Appearance

If you choose to drive the all-new Calligraphy trim level for the 2021 Santa Fe, your top-of-the-line Santa Fe will have subtle exterior enhancements. Throughout all trim levels, the 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe has modernized styling from end to end. Notably, the T-shaped LED ribbons that flow through the headlamps are segmented across two ports. The lower ports are directly integrated with the reshaped grille. This grille has a triangular mesh pattern, and edgy lower-front vents and metallic accents support it. These accents trend across the lower-side panels and continue through the rear fascia.

Features

The interior design and features have also been elevated going into the 2021 model year. The center stack is relatively condensed, and it holds the multimedia system’s display screen and metal-accented air vents. The other features are accessible via the angled center console, and this creates a cockpit-like feel. The console’s features include the climate management system’s interface, the sound system’s interface, drive mode select, push-button gear selectors, heated seat functions, and more.

Our Suburban Hyundai team consistently focuses on delivering attentive, supportive service to each customer, and we are eager to show off the updates found throughout the 2021 Santa Fe. Schedule your next visit to Suburban Hyundai now by calling or emailing our sales department.
